Maurten® Gel 100 Caf 100 Box (12-Pack)

Each serving contains 100 mg of caffeine and provides 25 grams of carbohydrates. Made with seven ingredients, with no added colorants, preservatives or flavorings.

Gel 100 Caf 100 contains 100 mg of caffeine, equivalent to 1.5 espresso shots, or a cup of filter coffee. A high amount compared to many traditional gels. It delivers 25 grams of carbohydrates through a unique blend of fructose and glucose (0.8:1 ratio). It has a high energy-to-weight ratio and contains no added flavorings, preservatives or colorants. Like all Maurten® products, it's vegan-friendly.

Use Gel 100 Caf 100 on its own for shorter activities, or combine it with other Maurten products to ensure sufficient carbohydrate intake throughout your session.
